To keep up with our continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Health Operations Manager to lead health service delivery in their allocated region including providing strategic input to health services across the business.

The role
- Develop and implement an Operational Plan for the Health Division Region.
- Build stable, diversified and predictable revenue streams for the Region.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff within the Region and contribute to the development of a leadership pipeline for the Group to deliver our Strategic and Operational Plans and targets
- Regular travel to regional Queensland locations to support the development of your team
- Manage and deliver multiple operational improvement projects
- Balance due diligence with the need to provide industry leading, consistent customer service
What we’re looking for
- Experience and applied knowledge of the primary health, mental health, allied health and / or disability service industries.
- Demonstrated success in health Program Management and Service Contract Management.
- A natural leader of a multidisciplinary health team across multiple locations.
- Experience in developing & managing customer & stakeholder relationships
- A valid driver’s licence and is available to travel regularly to engage with your team including Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Bundaberg and Rockhampton);
- A relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Bachelor of Business, Health degree or similar;
